Abstract
William J(ohn) Mountin (b. 14 Nov. 1901) was employed by the Statistical Branch of the Wartime Civil Control Administration (WCCA), under the Assistant Chief of Staff for Civil Affairs, Western Defense Command and Fourth Army.
